 I have a system-wide libgadu installed; configure recognizes it and
 enables building with the system library instead. However, starting with
 pidgin/libpurple 2.9.0, when the GG prpl is built, it doesn't actually
 link with -lgadu, and the GG protocol doesn't show up in Pidgin. Starting
 pidgin with -d shows this:
