 I'm having a really big problem on my Ubuntu (10.04) and Pidgin.

 I was having it on 10.10 as well  but I recently downgraded

 Anyway, each time I add someone it tells me that it's an invalid ID. I
 thought it was because I was using a custom domain (not @live/msn etc), so
 I tried an @live and the same thing happened.

 It also occurs when I get friend requests, when I click add it never shows
 them as online unless sometimes if I add them it will but when I log off
 it sets them as offline again

 Is there a fix for this?
