Old description:

New description:

 In English this dialog contains a "Dismiss" button and a "Close" button.
 The dismiss button is used to acknowledge that you have seen the chosen
 item in the list, and you want to remove the item from the list. The close
 button closes the dialog.

 The Chinese translation uses the same string for these two words.  In this
 case it might be more appropriate to translate "Dismiss" as "Remove," but
 I'll leave it up to you to figure out the best word choice.
