 The bottom line is that the functionality does not do what it says it
 does, namely, set you to a given status when the user is idle. There is
 also no explanation of what happens when a user returns from idle.

 At the very least, the preferences dialog should be updated to say
 something to the effect of, "If marked available, use this status while
 idle:"
