 There is an unusual bug in Pidgin on my Windows XP machine.  The UI of the
 program is of the windows classic theme, yet my computer has the XP theme
 set (refer to image below):

 As you can see, the default blue XP theme is enabled, yet Pidgin chooses
 to use the Classic style for it's UI.  This problem is fairly recent.
 Before I updated to a recent version of Pidgin a few months back, this
 never happened.

 To those who ask, I have already tried the following:

 - Uninstalling and reinstalling Pidgin (including the .purple folder)
 - Uninstalling and reinstalling GTK
 - Changing the windows theme from Classic style back to default blue
 - Switching pidgin themes (theme selector didn't work)

 Pidgin is still fully functional, however this is the only problem I've
 encountered.  Note, this problem DOES NOT occur on my other Windows
 machines; they are XP and Vista.  I'm not sure what's causing this issue,
 so any help would be greatly appreciated.
