 Hi, since the Update to Pidgin 2.7.11 ICQ File Transfer is not working.

 In the Debug Window i became flowing error:

 (17:30:30) proxy: Connecting to ars.icq.com:5190.
 (17:30:30) proxy: Error connecting to ars.icq.com:5190 (Abort connection
 timed out.).
 (17:30:30) proxy: Connection attempt failed: Abort connection timed out.
