 Ah, yes, I forgot about this ticket.  I wanted to comment on it yesterday.

 The Yahoo protocol doesn't allow the use of a custom message with the
 protocol-level "Busy" status.  Any situation in which we use the protocol
 level "Busy" status will exhibit this behavior.  We mapped the "Busy"
 status to the "Do Not Disturb" status because that made the most sense
 when we designed the status mappings.  Aside from changing the status
 mapping and ignoring the protocol-level "Busy" status, there's nothing we
 can do about it.
