 When a chat window is open I can use Control + M to add another window.
 This works fine.  When I search the new user that I want to chat with
 though, the dropdown appears and I SHOULD be able to press the down arrow
 to select the user that I want to chat with.  The down arrow does nothing
 though.  Instead of staying on the keyboard, I have to move to my mouse
 and CLICK the username.  Seems like I should be able to stay on the
 keyboard if I want to.  Would be faster.
