 Alarm canceled, problem fixed.

 After noticing segfaults in clementine and then in gnome-volume-manager I
 found this: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=328803 Something must
 have been wrong with the gst-plugins-alsa and it caused pidgin fault while
 it tried to play a sound after connecting to server.

 Hope it will help some gentoo users...
