 Sometimes and during sessions and conversation, one of my contacts seems
 to be disconnected when he is connected.
 This is really annoying because we can't have a followed conversation.
 It matters only with one person.
 Does exist an explanation ?
 What can I do to avoid this fact ?
 It happens between two MSN accounts.
