 I have used Pidgin on 64-bit Windows 7 before, and although it was never
 "perfect" it worked well enough, but now I am getting crashing with the
 latest version of Pidgin after every file send operation, and sometimes
 when I send a message at the exact same time as my friend sends me one. He
 can send me files, but I can't send them to him. On his end, he gets a
 file header corruption message.

 We are both using hotmail (MSN) accounts.
