 Hmm, Pidgin doesn't prompt me about the certificate for api.login.icq.net.
 You should only get prompted if the certificate is invalid, or if your
 installation of Pidgin is missing a necessary root certificate.  If you're
 still having this problem, please let us know exactly what error message
 you're seeing.
