 Due to a bug in Gnome Shell,
 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=643595 it does not show urgency
 hint. It won't be fixed until Gnome 3.2.
 This is annoying, because it makes me miss IRC highlights in pidgin when
 my speakers are off.
 A solution (or rather a workaround) for this issue is to make the
 libnotify plugin show notifications for IRC highlights, and not just
 normal IM messages.
