Comment:

 No, it simply isn't possible to enforce that at the client level.

 Even if we implemented artificial constraints like that, an adequately
 savvy user (or one who followed instructions online) could easily
 circumvent.

 If you really want to enforce logging, you should do it at the server
 level (by maintaining your own server).
