 Ehh... It wasn't piece of cake to find out what you mean...

 I think, you have added yourself to contact list. When you set any status
 but invisible, your contact on list will have the same. But when you set
 invisible, it will be "available". Related Adium bug with screenshots:
 #a12519.

 It's a problem with displaying that on contact list, because on the other
 account it will be really invisible (displayed as "offline").
