 Mouse wheel scroll and touchpad two finger scroll makes the scroll bar
 less necessary as it once was.  The scroll bar also consumes "precious"
 pixels on smaller screens.

 Could an option be implemented to hide the scroll bar in the contact list
 and chat window?
