 Note that there are two files to update, for the two variants of
 traditional Chinese.

 Changes in this update:
  - Updated strings for 2.8.0
  - Changed the translation of the word “Dismiss” to fix ticket 13487
  - Changed the translation of the word “Contact” as discussed by the team
 after the last update

 The files tentatively uploaded are subject to QA by Paladin Liu.
