 Up to now, I have been building using the
 gtk+-bundle_2.14.7-20090119_win32 as my developer libraries for the build
 (as to be expected) but also in my path on Windows XP SP3 as my runtime.
 This has been working with my 2.7.5 and 2.7.7 builds but is no longer
 working with my 2.7.11 build which crashes upon start up. It should be
 fine since the runtime in the developer package is the same as gtk-
 runtime-2.14.7.0, and again was working previously. If I change my path to
 utilize gtk-runtime-2.16.6.0 instead, my build loads and runs fine. I
 included my copy pidgin.RPT while using the debug symbols in loading
 Pidgin with the 2.14.7 runtime so that this can be addressed.
