 It's more for convenience and consistency than anything. Convenience due
 to only having one runtime unpacked and available on my system since
 2.14.7 is required for the build. The other being consistency since the
 development/compile-time requirements are for 2.14.7, it's logical that it
 is fully supported at binary run-time.
