Comment:

 Checked between pidgin 2.7.11 and yahoo messenger 10.0.0.1270 buzz is
 working fine both ways.
 You have to type /buzz in pidgin window for it to work.

 I am closing this ticket for now, if you face any issues, let me know I
 will reopen it.
