 As end end user, I just hit this problem. I propose to let the user have
 two text boxes: one for the "file" and one for the "parameters" of the
 ShellExecute function. That way ambiguity is resolved by the user (under
 the assumption that everybody using this advanced feature will be able to
 separate file and parameters correctly).

 Also I propose to show a message when the execution failed.
