 "having mobile information" means, that they have a mobile phone number in
 their MSN profile information. I attached a screenshot to further explain
 what I mean.

 The screenshot is a shot from the tooltip you see when you hover over a
 contact. I painted over all personal information of that contact with
 blue, as I obviously don't want to spread personal information around. The
 vital information is the information circled in red. The contact in
 particular was currently "suffering" from the issue. The user was online,
 then signed off and remained "available" on my contact list. It happens to
 be a "joint" contact, but this happens on any MSN contacts.
