 It seems that if you have a large number of tabs open in the chat window
 and you resize the window vertically to a height less than or around the
 height of all the tabs, it can cause the chat window to hang. I have the
 tabs placement set to Left.

 I've also seen cases where the bottom tab does not render correctly, this
 is probably related.

 I'm running windows 7 64-bit, tons of ram and an ATI video card.

 I could try and capture a screen-grab of this if you are having trouble
 picturing what I am describing...
