 Disregarding of what is set in account settings as "file transfer proxy" I
 see Pidgin using the proxy that is proposed by XMPP server.
 E.g. GoogleTalk (gmail.com) proposes EMPTY proxy so none is used. Hence
 one can't send anything through GoogleTalk account.
