Comment:

 Assuming the message at line 148 is the problematic one there there isn't
 any indication of why it may have been failing.

 That being said, we received reports of this sort of thing from a number
 of facebook users for a few days and then they seem to have stopped.

 As best I can see this is some facebook internal issue and there isn't
 anything we can do about it (nor can we even detect that it happened).
