 Using a single chat window, with tabs placed on the right, a buddy name in
 Chinese characters doesn't "hold the tab name open", ie it is collapsed to
 ellipses. If another tab is open and displaying a Latin-set buddy name,
 that tab name holds the width open and the Chinese name is displayed
 properly. I'll try to attach screenshots showing a before and after.
