 It does not matter whether Yahoo or MSN, when a contact uses custom
 emoticons all I see is a tiny black box with an x inside. I have been all
 through your faqs and help system. This is a big enough problem to cause
 me to change IM software because I can miss an entire chat line and have
 no clue what is being said in the conversation. I have been through the
 plugins and I do not see interference with any. I am running Ubuntu 10.04,
 but I had this problem on every version of Ubuntu I have tried Pidgin
 under.
