 It's very needed.

 If you use a multi devices with IM in most cases msg are dont send to
 Pidgin. Becouse in most cases other devices/IM have higger prio.

 Eg. if you have smartphone with Android and GTALK it have PRIO=24, and
 Pidgin have 0/1. New messages for me are ALWAYS send first to phone.
 Eventually when I answer from Pidgin, next messager are send form Pidgin,
 but to this time do not.

 In other IM its possible to configure this parameters.

 Its needed for eg. at home/work IM, etc.
