 Once an audio call is accepted the message "Call in progress" is printed
 out several times in the chat window, while it should be printed only
 once.

 To be specific, it is printed 16 if the client started the call and 4
 times if the client received the call.

 Reproduced on Ubuntu 11.10 and Arch Linux.
