 When Internet connected using a router, Internet disconnect/reconnect not
 detected by system network manager, so pidgin must detect disconnect by
 server timeout and must try reconnect. This works for xmpp accounts but
 not for icq accounts.

 Pidgin unable to detect icq connection drop. When sending messages this
 time, pidgin does not show any error, so user assumes messages delivered,
 while actually they don't.

 Other popular icq clients quickly (in 10-20 seconds) detect server timeout
 and reconnect, so pidgin must behave same way.

 OS: Ubuntu 11.04
