#14644: task bar icon loses Pidgin identity

 Problem started happening 10/3 or 10/4.  Never seen it before. Task bar
 icon lost the Pidgin and became faceless Windows default icon.  Windows 7.
 Reinstalling Pidgin restores icons until I reboot.
