 I have realized that I can send audio calls to other gtalk accounts but I
 can not send video ones. Moreover I can't receive audio or video calls,
 the call is not ringing so I am unaware that i am being called.
 A notification pops up only while in available mode, however no sound
 comes out from the speaker.
