New description:

 Libpurple have some problems related with passwords in Gadu-Gadu:
  - change password form doesn't work (gg_vsaprintf truncates string to 256
 bytes)
  - problems with connecting to account with password containing Polish
 letters (like ą, ę, ó)
  - always, when changing password, new email "user at example dot net" is
 set
  - function that changes password doesn't check, if request was completed
 successfully - it always says, that password is successfully changed, even
 if server returned error
  - changing password isn't asynchronous
  - Gadu-Gadu service doesn't support passwords longer than 15 characters
 (they store them in plaintext!)
