 I've updated the relevant [http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/BuildingWinNSS
 wiki page] with information on building the current NSS/NSPR using the
 Windows Driver Kit.

 It looks like the !DigiNotar issue isn't a problem as while Pidgin loads
 the NSS trusted roots DLL (nssckbi.dll), it doesn't actually trust those
 roots. However, the other concerns still apply.
