 Hey,
 I have the same problem under win7 / pidgin 2.10.0 (fresh install).
 Secondary monitor is positioned lower than main monitor. Pidgin starts
 above the pixel-range of secondary monitor (see attachment
 'Pidgin_bug.png'.

 I think the best solution would be: Let Windows decide where to start the
 new windows of pidgin.
