New description:

I just downloaded the client from the website the other day, so I know
 it's the latest version.

I input my MSN information and it seemed to work.

But then it started fouling up. Usually 1-2 times per hour, I get the
message that my MSN account was "disabled" due to being signed on in
 another location.

This is news to me, because I'm not running the MSN client, or any other
client to get on the account. I'm not visiting any websites that could be
 associated with the MSN account.

Most of the time, I'm not even at the PC and this happens. Nothing
whatsoever is going on the Internet, other than Visual WGet, for a
 download.

So I can't figure why it is doing this.

 I believe this is it.

Nothing else happened in the debug window until 20 minutes after the last
one I posted here. I dunno if this will help or anything.
