 Running Ubuntu 11.10 and Pidgin 2.10.0

 Outgoing notifications are not working in ICQ, but incoming ones work
 fine. Notifications work fine on other protocols (MSN, Yahoo).
 Notification option checked in preferences.

 Please advise!
