 This is going to be auto-parenting gone stupid. The "enter a conference"
 dialog is going to be being auto-parented when it is created and that is
 going to be directly before (or directly after but before focus can
 transfer to) the roomlist dialog (to which it should more correctly
 belong). The auto-parenting is thus going to cause many environments to
 raise the parent window of the dialog thus causing this problem.

 I *hate* our auto-parenting code.
