 Instead of an option to ignore all auth denied replies, I would suggest
 testing if the message comes from a buddy that's on our buddy list (When
 asking for authorization, the buddy in question is already added to the
 buddy list).

 The patch I've attached uses `purple_find_buddy()` to check this. It can
 be tested e.g. by using the invisibility checks on
 [http://kanicq.ru/invisible/en/?method=2] or [http://icq.dasheep.de/].

 The suppressed notifications are logged to the debug console instead of
 being displayed.

 (I wonder whether there would be use for a notifications log, e.g. via
 some `purple_notify_logonly()` function, that would catch unexpected
 events of this kind.)
