#14709: using ncurses from a non-/usr/include directory doesn't update finch's .pc

 From http://bugs.debian.org/646833:

Pidgin's configure.ac allows you to build finch/gnt with ncurses headers
in /usr/include/ncursesw, but gnt.pc is not updated to reflect the found
header path. It seems that the check for ncurses should either be using
pkg-config and add a gnt.pc dependency on ncurses or ncursesw, or add the
appropriate -I flag to gnt.pc as needed.
