New description:

 Pidgin 2.10.0 crashes on Windows 7 64bit SP1 when i start pidgin. It works
 after pc restart randomly but usually when i start it the process hangs on
 pidgin startup and the only way to kill the process is to restart windows.
 All latest windows updates are installed. Problem is also that i cannot
 get the debugging dumb even debugging symbols are installed. It doesn't
 for some reason create the file maybe because process doesn't
 die/hangs/crashes in weird position.
