 I recent upgraded from 2.7.9 to 2.10.0 only to find that dropping a file
 onto the chat window does not initiate a file transfer. In fact, it
 appears to do nothing. This happens with all protocols that I use (AIM,
 MSN, Google and YIM).

 Currently running on Win7(x32).

 The debug log shows this when I drop a file into the chat window:
