 Please make it possible to disable message notifications for particular
 contacts/users instead of blocking them entirely.

 There are several bots (and persons) that are sending me lots of messages
 frequently but i don't want to block them. i just don't want to be
 notified about those messages. I want to disable notifications (blinking
 pidgin icon, sound, etc...) for several contacts but i want to be still
 able to read the messages if i open the conversation window manually.
