Comment:

 I'm not willing to approve Transifex team requests without verifying that
 the request comes from the existing translator.  I've sent an email to
 each of the translators for the languages listed on that page.  I'll
 approve/deny the requests as I hear back from people.

 Thanks for motivating me to do this--I've been meaning to for a while.
