 Finch does not currently appear to allow disabling of voice/video (vv)
 support at runtime, either globally or per-account.  This is an issue for
 me that results from a combination of two factors: I use Finch over ssh,
 and Google Talk's servers appear to prefer connections that have been
 recently active.

 This means that when someone tries to start a voice session with me,
 Google Talk routes it to Finch instead of the Gmail tab in my web browser.
 I cannot receive the call in Finch, as I lack any sort of audio connection
 to that machine.

 My three options seem to be disabling my Gmail account in Finch entirely,
 recompiling Finch without vv support, or rejecting the session in Finch
 and then calling the other party back in Gmail.  None of these solutions
 are particularly appealing; I would prefer the option to disable vv
 capabilities either globally in the preferences window, or per-account.
