#14625: freezes when incoming Gtalk phone call is rejected or ended
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
Reporter: raf | Owner: rekkanoryo
Type: defect | Status: new
Milestone: 2.10.1 | Component: unclassified
Version: 2.9.0 | Keywords: freeze xmpp call
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
I have Google Voice forwarding to Google Chat. When calls come in, Pidgin
pops up a dialog titled "Incoming Call", saying:
{{{
+1650xxxxxxx at voice.google.com/srvres-
MTAxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx==
wishes to start an audio session with you.
}}}
With buttons "Cancel" and "Accept".
If I (1) click Cancel or (2) do nothing (the caller hangs up or the call
goes to G.V. voicemail), then Pidgin's UI freezes up.
Running Pidgin in debug mode, this is the last of the log messages:
{{{

I'm behind a corporate firewall; can't rule that out as a factor.
Please advise if I can provide any more information (is a stack trace
useful for non-crashes?).
