 I'm using Pidgin 2.10.0 on Ubuntu 11.10 dev. Sometimes if I click the tray
 icon the buddy list appears at the first window and hides then behind the
 second window (for example Firefox but this window hasn't the focus then).
 If I click the tray icon again the same happens again. In this case a
 workaround is to click the buddy list in the taskbar to stop the hiding.

 But this happens randomly. The most time if I click the tray icon the
 buddy list appears as the first window and is staying at this place.
 Ubuntu 11.10 dev is currently using GTK 3.2 if this is important but this
 happened on GTK 2.x too.
