 Hello,

 I have 2 monitors (next to each other) and I running Pidgin on Windows XP.

 The one on right is the main monitor (so when screens are placed on the
 left monitor, the 'left' position wil have a negative value).

 I auto start Pidgin and when I open a dialog "Help -> About" or "Accounts
 - >Manage" the Windows will popup in the left screen (even when these were
 closed on the right screen).

 I updated to v2.10.0 today and I was using 2.7.11 (which did not have this
 defect).
