#15048: new conversation tab steals focus from the current tab after tab
rearrangement
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
Reporter:  doublep  |        Type:  defect
  Status: new | Component: pidgin (gtk)
 Version: 2.10.2 | Keywords: tabs focus
--------------------+-------------------------------------------------------
 When a new conversation starts, another tab is created for it. However,
 if you rearranged tabs before, this also steals focus from the current
 tab's input area. In addition to being simply annoying, this can lead to
 sending message to a wrong person.

 Simple way to reproduce:
 - open an IRC chat (any channel on any server will do) with at least two
 channels;
 - close tab for NickServ if it is there;
 - swap (drag'n'drop) tabs 1 and 2;
 - type: /msg nickserv help;
 - a new tab for NickServ is created and current tab's input area is
 unfocused.

 It appears that the focus is returned to the tab at wrong position. This
 only happens if you rearrange tabs.
