 Had the same problem in our office. Windows XP and Windows 7 Machines. I
 had to downgrade to 2.7.11 on all clients to get it XMPP File transfers
 working reliable. We use OpenFire 3.7.1 for our IM server. Clients were
 getting updated manually so I have no clue when the problem started. It
 could of happened before 2.10.0 but one weekend I upgraded all the clients
 to the same version (2.10.1) and no one was able to send a file without a
 crash.
